Vice President, Residential Solar Operations

We are seeking a residential solar construction operations veteran to plan out and drive our national expansion, focusing on designing systems and processes that are efficient, scalable, and flexible. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in residential solar construction operations, tech savvy, and has overseen a minimum of 10,000 jobs per month.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in residential solar construction operations
• 3+ years experience as a manager of managers in residential solar sales
• Has lead a construction operations organization of at least 30 employees
• Extensive experience managing outsourced partners both onshore and offshore
• Has owned overall construction operations efforts for at least one state, and ideally a multi-state or national territory
