Senior Electrical Manager I

Mortenson is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Manager to provide technical leadership and expertise in solar projects from design to construction. The role involves oversight and leadership to technical personnel, technical assessment of operational modifications, and project support during construction.

Requirements

• Provide technical leadership and knowledge throughout the entire process of solar projects
• Guide technical assessment of operational modifications and solutions
• Review project proposals and advise on schedules, limitations, and resources
• Provide technical/electrical support for projects in development or construction
• Collaborate with project teams to develop technical solutions and specifications
• Negotiate with contractors and provide project support during construction
• Assist preconstruction teams in reviewing bid packages and engineering drawings
• Maintain knowledge of current and developing technologies and industry trends
• Lead team members by example, offering coaching, feedback, and performance management
