Construction Electrical Project Manager I - Solar

Mortenson seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager I to lead projects with flexibility, resourcefulness, and professionalism. Responsibilities include anticipating and solving problems, managing project quality, timeliness, safety, and mentoring the project team.

Requirements

• Manage overall financial health of projects
• Develop and maintain project financial and equipment projections
• Allocate project estimate into financial system and determine cost codes
• Approve invoices and manage budget decisions
• Provide financials and billings to Accounting for timely payment
• Create monthly owner billings
• Manage subcontracts and suppliers, including contract buyouts
• Oversee budget and select trade partners and suppliers
• Manage Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers, including job assignments and career development
