Construction Senior Project Manager I and II - Solar

Mortenson is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager I or II to lead solar projects. The role requires overall leadership direction, project quality, timeliness, safety, and mentoring the project team. The position involves extensive travel and requires a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Supervise overall financial health of projects
• Develop and maintain project financial and equipment projections
• Allocate project estimates into the financial system
• Lead Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers
• Function as main point of contact with owner and on-site representative
• Resolve site concerns, handle change orders, and obtain necessary approvals
• Maintain schedule and budget, manage quality, risk, safety, and compliance
