Job Description
The Family Support Manager is responsible for managing and directly supporting families in crisis through the Better Families Program in Central East Florida. The ideal candidate will have a Human Service-related degree and a Masters in Social Work or equivalent experience working with vulnerable children and families.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in social work or a related field
- Child Welfare Certification from the Florida Certification Board (preferred)
- Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and car insurance
- Reliable personal vehicle available for daily work-related travel
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Participation in a monthly on-call schedule
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Zapier, WordPress, and Basecamp
