Job Description
The Family Support Manager will manage and directly support families in crisis through the Better Families Program in Central East Florida. They will assess family needs, match families with volunteer host families, and facilitate intakes, life goals, and plans. The ideal candidate will have a Human Service-related degree and a passion for helping children and families in crisis.
Requirements
- Assess the needs and strengths of parents, children, and volunteer families
- Match volunteer support families with families seeking support
- Develop an individualized Support Plan based on assessment
- Provide ongoing mentorship and coaching to volunteer and support-seeking families
