Job Description
The Family Support Manager is responsible for making decisions and taking actions to ensure that every child has a permanent home that provides physical and emotional safety. The manager will assess the needs and strengths of parents, children, and volunteer families, match volunteer support families with families seeking support, and provide ongoing mentorship and coaching to ensure successful implementation of the Support Plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in social work or a related field
- Child Welfare Certification from the Florida Certification Board is preferred
- Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and car insurance
- Reliable personal vehicle available for daily work-related travel
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Participation in a monthly on-call schedule
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Zapier, WordPress, and Basecamp
