Family Support Manager - Southwest Florida Collier

The Family Support Manager will manage and directly support families in crisis through the Better Families Program in Southwest Florida. They will evaluate situations, match families to volunteer host families, facilitate intakes, and develop life goals and plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in social work or a related field
• Child Welfare Certification from the Florida Certification Board (preferred)
• Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and car insurance
• Reliable personal vehicle available for daily work-related travel
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Participation in a monthly on-call schedule
• Maintain regular communication with team members
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Zapier, WordPress, and Basecamp
