As a Financial Controller at Better, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations and ensuring the integrity of our financial information. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Management Accountant, Financial Controller, or similar finance role
- CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent qualification preferred but not essential
- Strong Excel skills and experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience using financial software and systems
- Confident building relationships across departments and supporting senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly
