Director, Corporate Counsel

BetterHelp is seeking a Director, Corporate Counsel to support both its B2B and D2C operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B partnership landscape, including EAPs, health plans, and enterprise partnerships.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of relevant legal experience
• 3+ years of healthcare related legal work experience
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school and active member in good standing of a U.S. state bar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to provide practical, risk-balanced legal advice in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
