Job Description
Direct Counsel is seeking an experienced Corporate Transactional Attorney to join a national law firm in San Bernardino. The attorney will handle general commercial transactions, provide high-level legal counsel, and collaborate with a team of attorneys.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active California Bar membership in good standing
- 8+ years of experience in general commercial transactions
- A modest portable book of business is required
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and drafting skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented firm
