Job Description
Direct Counsel is partnering with a highly respected plaintiff-side class action firm in Los Angeles to add an experienced attorney to its growing team. The firm is known for taking on regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies and winning, and has recovered millions of dollars for thousands of employees and consumers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of California Bar admission
- Experience or strong interest in plaintiff-side class actions, wage & hour, or complex litigation
- Willingness to travel occasionally within California
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills
- A positive, team-oriented mindset and interest in joining a collaborative group of 25+ plaintiff-side attorneys committed to workplace justice
