Job Description
Betterment is seeking a Data Enablement Engineer to contribute to the product analytics and data platform teams. This role focuses on building, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines to standardize, easily-access, and understand the data needed to support product launches. The team is passionate about leveraging data to improve decision-making and create innovative financial solutions for both retail investors and financial advisors.
Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of experience writing SQL statements and transforming data
- Familiarity with ETL, Python, and creating pipelines for large datasets
- Passion for scaling and automating analytics work
- Ability to take apart business problems and translate them into technical requirements
- Autonomy, curiosity, and tenacity as a data issue detective
