Job Description
Betterment is seeking an experienced B2B marketer to lead the demand- and pipeline-generation marketing efforts that support our 401(k) sales organization. As a full-stack, hands-on B2B marketer with experience growing disruptive, tech-forward SaaS solutions, you thrive on broad responsibility, driving strategy, executing tactics, and partnering with your stellar sales leader counterparts.
Requirements
- 6+ years experience in B2B marketing, including MQL and SQL practices
- 6+ years experience with marketing automation and CRM for lead generation and nurture (Hubspot and Salesforce expertise a huge plus!)
- 3+ years experience managing direct reports
- Highly experienced with digital advertising, email marketing, and event sponsorship tactics
- Experience managing a P&L: budget planning, performance reporting, etc
- Experience working with 401(k), financial services technology, or other regulated industries a plus
