Job Description
Join BetterUp and lead the formation and orchestration of post-sale strategy and execution for our largest and most strategic clients as Client Delivery Manager.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software and/or service delivery experience
- 3+ years of experience leading enterprise-wide SaaS platform deployments
- Excellent communication skills
- Influencing / working cross functionally
- Strong program/project management skills
- Ability to look around corner / uncover early indicators of risk
- Extensive experience advising, coaching, influencing, and building relationships with executive-level clients
