Job Description
BetterUp is seeking a Quality Operations Lead to drive predictable, measurable quality across the BetterUp platform. This role will transform data into intelligence and intelligence into action, building proactive systems that define the next generation of quality at scale.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in operations, strategy, analytics, or systems design
- Deeply data fluent, with a proven ability to move from raw data to strategic insight to executive-ready narrative
- Advanced proficiency across Excel, SQL, and AI-powered platforms
- Experience in a platform or technology environment where quality and scale intersect
