Software Engineering Manager | Betty CA

We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead our cross-functional engineering team and provide guidance on software design and architecture. The successful candidate will have experience in tech leadership and expertise in C#,.NET, SQL, cloud platforms, and CI/CD automation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a tech leadership / lead engineer role
• Extensive experience with C# and.NET, building REST APIs with WebAPI
• Strong expertise in SQL databases and query optimization
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure automation
• Hands-on experience with Docker or other relevant containerization tools
• Strong knowledge of system design, architecture, and best practices
• Understanding of security principles and scalable application development
• Experience with unit, integration, and performance testing
• Knowledge of any popular JavaScript framework (such as React) is a plus
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Excellent written and spoken English
