Job Description
We're seeking a Sports Trader to join our team at Betway, a leading online sports betting and casino company. The ideal candidate will have experience in pre-match and live trading, strong communication skills, and a passion for sports. As a Sports Trader, you will work in a team of self-organised traders covering a large portfolio of sports across global markets.

- A collaborative mindset, working smoothly with cross‐functional teams to hit shared goals
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high‐quality work
- Adaptability – you stay sharp, productive and positive in fast‐moving environments
- Demonstrable passion for sports
- Experience in pre-match and live trading
- Experience with various sports trading systems/tools
- Experience with risk management and betting patterns
- Familiarity with the industry market trends
- Knowledge on the industry’s key policies, systems and procedures
