Job Description
The Controls Engineer is responsible for project execution, operations, and maintenance support of Evolution's Automation and Controls platform. The individual will partner with internal and external stakeholders to familiarize themselves with Evolution's hardware, software, and network strategy; administer controls environment (hardware, software, networks); maintain, develop, and execute automation solutions that enhance control systems capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, commissioning and startup of future generations of Evolution's controls platform.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of automation, controls, and electrical equipment experience
- Specific knowledge of Hydraulic Fracturing activities preferred
- Specific Knowledge of Siemens S7 platform preferred
- Knowledge of equipment controls and logic
- Able to read electrical/controls drawings
- Able to read network diagrams
