Job Description
As Crew Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth deployment of crews and freelancers for European projects, working closely with the Crew Manager and Freelance Manager. You will coordinate all administrative, logistical, and contractual processes, maintain a stable network of service providers and freelancers, and ensure clear communication with European project teams.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in crew management, freelance management, or capacity management
- Fluent German (C1/C2) and very good English (at least B2)
- Good understanding of contract or labor law
- Travel readiness and ability to travel multiple times a year
