College Coach position at Beyond 12, a national technology-driven nonprofit organization, to support college students from under-resourced backgrounds through personalized coaching and data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale
- 1-2 years of post-college professional experience
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated prioritization and time-management skills
- Experience with documenting and assessing data, and providing reviews or insights
