College Coach

We are seeking a College Coach to work with up to 450 college students virtually, helping them navigate the beginning of their college career and achieve their dream of earning a degree. The College Coach will work with students to set goals, create education plans, navigate financial aid, build relationships, and manage their time effectively. The role requires a strong understanding of academic and personal experiences, as well as Beyond 12's coaching curriculum.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale
• 1-2 years of post-college professional experience
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Demonstrated prioritization and time-management skills
• Experience with documenting and assessing data, and providing reviews or insights
• Familiarity with Google Suite (ex.: Google Docs, Google Calendar, Google Sheets)
