Job Description
We are searching for a Production Support Engineer to join our team at Beyond Finance, where you will be part of a multi-tiered support team and will be responsible for minimizing downtime and optimizing production uptime. As a bridge between code and customer, you will be the primary incident commander for high-severity outages and will be responsible for translating technical items into documented systemic improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a high-stakes Production/SRE role
- Deep expertise in AWS (ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch) and SQL
- Expert-level experience with Observability/APM tools
- Strong development background in Ruby or JavaScript
- Proven experience in incident command
