Beyond Wow Plumbing is currently searching for a dynamic and motivated Dispatcher to join their team, offering competitive pay and attractive benefits.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of dispatch experience in the home service industry (plumbing experience is a plus)
• Strong organizational skills to meet customer service delivery requirements on time, every day
• Proficiency in company computer systems to organize all service calls and customer information (Microsoft Office and ServiceTitan experience are a plus)
• High attention to detail and consistent follow-up when required
• Excellent math, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work on a rotation of Saturdays
