Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Beyond is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join their growing team. The role will involve managing the full funnel from first touch through signup, connection, activation, and credit period. The successful candidate will have experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation, and be comfortable using AI tools as part of their daily workflow.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation
• Experience working cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging across the entire customer journey
• Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to pull your own data and executing upon insights
• Experience designing and running experiments end to end, from hypothesis to decision
• Proven ability to connect channel performance to business outcomes such as signups, activation, and retention
