Software Development Manager

BeyondTrust is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead a team focused on expanding their SaaS platform services. This role involves developing and maintaining secure access services to scale products, driving operational improvements, and mentoring engineers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership and a passion for building secure, reliable, and extensible systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 5+ years’ experience delivering and supporting enterprise-ready cloud-based systems.
• Solid Understanding of modern design patterns.
• Experience with the full development lifecycle (product release in an agile environment).
• Experience working on a continuous integration/development environment.
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
• Strong background in one or more modern programming languages (C#, Golang, Java, etc.).
• Experience with agile methodologies and leading teams in a continuous integration/delivery environment.
• Experience working on an Agile team in a continuous integration and development environment.
• Strong background in one or more modern programming languages (C#, Golang, Java, etc.).
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
