Associate Project Manager

The Associate Project Manager is responsible for the overall management and administration of client projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of project management experience in pharmaceutical advertising or medical education
• Expertise in project management techniques, including people management, strategic planning, risk mitigation, hours and reporting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to "think on your feet" and resolve issues quickly with little to no direction from supervisors
• Experience with pharmaceutical business medical-legal regulations process
• Familiarity and proficiency with principles of emotional intelligence
• Excellent administrative and computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management software
