The Senior Director, Engagement Strategy will be a key leader in driving strategic engagement initiatives across BGB Group’s healthcare campaigns.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in engagement strategy, CX strategy, or omnichannel/digital marketing
- 2+ years in healthcare or pharmaceutical environments, preferably at an advertising agency
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful engagement campaigns
- Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of healthcare marketing regulations, digital channels, and engagement best practices
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
