Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and experienced individual to join our team as a Summer Camp Coordinator / Counsellor (Senior Staff). In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of a safe, inclusive, and engaging summer camp program for children ages 6–12.
Requirements
- Educational background applicable to the position
- Experience working with children ages 6–12
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in camp, recreation, or childcare settings (preferred)
- Strong program planning and organizational skills
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
- Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (mandatory)
- Police Reference Check completed within the last 6 months (mandatory prior to start date)
- HIGH FIVE: Principles of Healthy Child Development training (asset/required)
