Youth Mentor - Lawrence Heights

BGC Weston Mount Dennis Club seeks a Youth Mentor to deliver structured programming, mentor youth participants, and support the development of leadership and workplace readiness skills. The position requires experience working with youth in a camp or community-based setting, as well as the ability to plan, implement, and evaluate engaging and meaningful programming.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a camp or youth program setting
• Experience working with youth ages 13+
• Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops or structured group programming
• Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate programs that are engaging and developmentally appropriate
• Current First Aid & CPR-C (mandatory)
• Police Reference Check within the last 6 months (required prior to start date)
