Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated BAS & Network Support Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on supporting field technicians and maintaining network infrastructure, with a specialization in building automation systems (BAS). The role involves maintaining hardware, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and utilizing network equipment.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Windows desktop and Linux server environments.
- Strong understanding of IP networking and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki, Cradlepoint, and other network appliances.
- Familiarity with BAS systems, especially Niagara 4.
- Knowledge of BACnet/IP and MTSP is an asset.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and virtualization tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
