Building Services Engineer

Building Services Engineer responsible for ensuring environmental conditions are maintained in a critical building system, carrying out PPM tasks, reactive and breakdown works, and supervising sub-contractors.

Requirements

• Relevant knowledge of Air conditioning, UPS, Generators, LV systems
• Ability to fault find using graphical information and current alarm data
• Administration of sub-contractor work approvals and safe operation
• Operation of Permit to Work System
• Development of a good working relationship with BGIS staff, subcontractors and clients
• Provision of a Safe and Healthy working environment
• Professional image presentation to clients
• Supervision of sub-contractors works
• Awareness and compliance to contractual KPI's/SLA's
• Operation of Computer Based Maintenance system (e.g. Maximo)
• Proactive checking of LOTO system
• Overview of buildings environmental conditions using BMS System
