Job Description
BGIS is seeking an Energy Manager to lead the development and execution of energy projects, commissioning buildings, and improving energy performance. The role involves identifying and implementing energy conservation measures in commercial buildings, quantifying savings, and ensuring optimal performance. This position requires a data-driven individual with a proven track record of reducing utility costs.
Requirements
- Identify buildings suitable for energy retrofit projects.
- Recommends energy retrofit projects based on analysis and audits.
- Oversee feasibility studies, design development, and project management throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Quantify and report energy savings initiatives to internal and external parties.
- Maintain sub-metering and measurement and verification systems.
- Support projects and clients with energy reporting.
