Facility Manager III

BGIS is seeking a Facility Manager III to operate and maintain the facilities of multiple properties within a specific client region for a given client user base. This role involves cost-effective, safe, and efficient facility management, as well as customer interaction and communication. The FM will act as the primary point of contact for the client and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders.

• Perform annual building inspection
• Develops and maintain preventative maintenance schedules
