The General Repair Technician III is responsible for operating the facility, performing structured inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance, routine and on-demand services on facility mechanical equipment and other systems. The role requires a high school diploma plus trades training and/or certification or licensing, and a minimum of 3 years’ experience providing preventive and corrective maintenance on heating ventilation and air conditions systems, or pneumatic or hydraulic systems.

- Minimum 3 years’ experience providing preventive and corrective maintenance on heating ventilation and air conditions systems, or pneumatic or hydraulic systems.
- Sound knowledge of processes and practices relating to facility operations and maintenance
- Demonstrated ability to maintain, troubleshoot and repair (as per applicable qualifications) mechanical and other building systems and equipment
- Possesses a strong environmental, health, and safety mindset.
- Strong client-service orientation along with a high sense of urgency
- Knowledge and understanding of Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Effective communication skills for the purpose of data relay, exchange, feedback, and clarification
- Mentoring skills required to support lower level technician’s development
