Job Description
The Technician IV - HVAC/Refrigeration- Roving is a journeyman-certified technician responsible for operating facility systems, performing preventative and corrective maintenance, and routine services on mechanical and other systems for the assigned facility.
Requirements
- College Diploma/Certification required
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a licensed HVAC/Refrigeration Technician
- Strong ability to adhere to processes and practices
- Current knowledge of fire, life, safety, and building codes and standards
- Strong environmental, health, and safety mindset
- Effective communication skills
- Mentoring skills
- Valid Drivers' License
- Valid HVAC Refrigeration Journeyperson Ticket plus Gas Ticket
