Job Description
We are seeking an Asset Planning & Reporting Manager to join a newly established contract within a large, fast-paced transport environment. The ideal candidate is thoughtful, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with a natural ability to bring people, processes, and data together to support positive outcomes.
Requirements
- Support and guide the day-to-day operations of the FM Hub, including service request coordination and communication
- Manage end to end all Asset planning and scheduling activities for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs)
- Prepare and share clear, accessible reporting on performance, service levels, and trends
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility and understanding of operations
- Manage 3 helpdesk operators
