We’re seeking an organised and proactive Service Coordinator to join our team in Penrith. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating planned and reactive service works, managing customer requests, scheduling technicians, and ensuring service activities are delivered in line with contractual obligations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a service coordination or service administration role
- Experience working within a service-based environment
- Experience using Simpro or similar workflow/CMMS systems
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills (Minimum Year 12 education)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Australian working rights (essential)
