Job Description
The Team Lead, Lease Management is responsible for managing complex leases, conducting desktop audits, leading key reporting functions, and providing day-to-day leadership to junior team members.
Requirements
- College / University degree in Business Admin, Commerce, or equivalent training
- 5–10 years in Lease Administration, Real Estate Accounting, or Property Management
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Lease administration platforms
- BI/reporting tool experience an asset
- Demonstrated experience managing complex commercial leases
- Advanced commercial lease interpretation
- Desktop audit and financial analysis expertise
- Strong reporting and analytical capability
- Leadership and coaching aptitude
- High attention to detail and data governance discipline
