Asset Manager

The Asset Manager will be responsible for the Company's operations in Arizona, Nevada, and California, and will have a highly visible role requiring leadership, management, and communication skills.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in finance, real estate, or related field with a strong record of academic achievement; graduate degree preferred.
• 7-10+ years of commercial real estate asset management, principal-based leasing, and/or related experience.
• Financial analysis, understanding of asset level financial statements, and lease management and metrics for retail and office assets.
• Real estate accounting, analytical skills, and knowledge of design and construction process.
• Proficiency in Yardi, MS Office 365, MS Excel, and Argus software.
