Assistant Property Manager

Assistant Property Manager will report to the Senior Asset Manager and be a key participant in the property management process, managing buildings, problem solving and documentation.

Requirements

• Conduct periodic property visits and inspections
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants
• Troubleshoot issues and identify areas for improvement
• Oversee projects and ensure timely completion within scope and budget
• Review and approve operating expenses
• Assist in determining CAM expenses and reviewing CAM reconciliation and collection
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor actual expenses
