Job Description
The Building Engineer is an integral role working in partnership with asset and property management teams to manage maintenance programs, supervise vendors, and coordinate repairs.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of general maintenance experience
- HVAC certification preferred
- Ability to negotiate service contracts and minor construction contracts
- Basic computer skills
- Good time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Must possess a strong work ethic
- Yardi work order experience a plus
