Remote Construction Project Manager position at BH Properties, providing virtual support to the Arizona office from the Philippines. The successful candidate will support the Construction Team in ensuring project deadlines are met and will be responsible for project documentation and reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience working for a leading construction company
- Graduated with honors from a reputable college (plus)
- Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization and externally with vendors and other outside parties
- Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and team player
