Requirements
- Conduct periodic property visits and inspections
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants and vendors
- Troubleshoot issues and make recommendations or provide solutions
- Bid, negotiate and present recommendations for approval projects
- Oversee the construction of approved projects
- Review and approve operating expenses
- Prepare annual budgets and monitor actual expenses
- Submit required reports timely and participate in periodic property status meetings
- Oversee daily operations and provide guidance and support to in-house maintenance staff
- Establish and maintain effective communication and monitor performance
