Job Description
The Property Manager will report to the Senior Asset Manager and be responsible for managing buildings, problem solving, and documentation. This includes conducting property visits, establishing relationships with tenants and vendors, troubleshooting issues, and overseeing projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 5-7 years of broad-based commercial property management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Good understanding of contracts, leases, and leasing objectives
- Skilled in customer service and tenant relations
- Ability to initiate bid requests, vendor and contractor management
- Ability to present self and company in a professional manner
- Solid time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player
- MS Office proficiency
- Experience with Yardi a plus
