Job Description
The Senior Controller will oversee the Accounting staff, monthly close process, and financial statement preparation, with a focus on real estate accounting experience.
Requirements
- CPA license
- Public accounting experience
- At least 10 years of accounting experience
- At least 5 years of broad-based accounting for real estate experience
- At least 5 years of active supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic
- Team player
- Yardi experience preferred
