BHG Hospitality is looking for a Chef de Rang (m/w/d) to join their new project in Berlin-Charlottenburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a station, ensuring high-quality service, and promoting the development of the team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a chef de rang or in a comparable position in the upscale gastronomy sector
- Familiarity with all food and beverage offerings and a secure understanding of service and operational processes
- Experience in setting up and dismantling restaurants or service areas as well as in conducting employee training and integration
- Strong team skills, solution orientation, and love for details
- Ability to work independently, structurally, and proactively in a dynamic environment
- Positive presence, high sense of responsibility, and clear, professional communication
- Willingness to continuously develop and learn
- Very good German and English language skills
