Job Description
A growing company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Controller to lead and oversee all accounting operations. This full-time, senior-level role is ideal for a finance professional with a strong background in managing AP, AR, reconciliations, financial reporting, and overall financial oversight.
Requirements
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank/credit card reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Oversee general ledger maintenance and ensure accuracy of all account balances.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant financial regulations.
- Coordinate with external accountants and auditors as needed.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiencies in financial workflows.
