Technical Trainer

Technical Trainer – Mechanical & Electrical (Corrugated Industry) role for experienced technicians to develop others and improve performance in the corrugated industry with stability, influence, and long-term growth.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong background in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance or field service
• Experience in the corrugated industry or with OEM equipment
• Outgoing, coaching-oriented personality with strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage and train adult learners in both classroom and hands-on environments
• Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly learn and teach new technologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
