Job Description
Mastek is seeking a Consultant – Oracle HCM Cloud (Time and Labor / CoreHR) to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will combine technical acuity with consultative skills to drive successful project outcomes for clients across various phases of implementation.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Strong functional knowledge of Time and Labor (OTL), CoreHR, and at least one of Payroll or Absence
- Experience with Fast Formula development and configuration
- Hands-on experience with data migration to Oracle Cloud
- Expertise in managing environment setup changes and migrations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
